What exactly does one credit buy?

One application sent through your connected Gmail account. Running a search doesn't cost credits — you can search up to 4 boards and get back up to 25 roles without spending anything.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits are one-time and stay on your account until you use them. There is no subscription and no monthly reset, so a slow month costs you nothing.

What happens if I cancel a queued application?

Pulling a queued message out of your outbox still counts as processed, so its credit is deducted. The draft has already been generated by that point, which is the part that costs us.

Can I get a refund?

If credits were charged but never landed on your account, contact us and we'll fix it or refund it. Beyond that, credits are non-refundable once spent — check the free tier first to see whether the matching works for your field.

Which payment methods work?

Payments run through Razorpay, which accepts UPI, major cards, net banking and wallets. Card details go straight to Razorpay and never touch our servers.
