Terms of Service

Last updated 12 August 2026

Apply Ops sends email from your mailbox on your instruction. These terms set out what we do, what you are responsible for, and the limits on both.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Apply Ops. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you by email before it takes effect.

What the service does

Apply Ops searches job boards against your resume, identifies people to contact at the companies behind those listings, and prepares application emails for you to review.

Where you connect a Gmail account, we send those emails from your mailbox on your instruction. We use the gmail.send permission only. We cannot and do not read your inbox.

Job listings come from third-party boards. We do not control their accuracy, availability or terms, and a listing shown in Apply Ops may be filled, withdrawn or misdescribed by the board.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.

One person, one account. Do not share credentials or resell access.

What you are responsible for

The content you send. You review every email before it goes out, and you are responsible for what it says and who it goes to.

Following the law where you are. Unsolicited commercial email is regulated in many countries. Job application outreach to a named person at a company you are applying to is ordinarily fine; bulk marketing is not what this service is for, and using it that way breaches these terms.

Your resume. You confirm the resume you upload is yours and that you are entitled to share the information in it.

Your mailbox provider's rules. Sending through Gmail remains subject to Google's own limits and policies, including their sending limits and bulk sender guidance. We apply a conservative daily cap, but a suspension of your Google account is between you and Google.

What you may not do

Send spam, harassing, deceptive or unlawful messages; impersonate anyone; or misrepresent your experience or identity.

Scrape, resell or redistribute the listings, contact data or any other output of the service.

Circumvent credit limits, rate limits or access controls, or attempt to reach parts of the system you are not authorised to reach.

Use the service to build a competing product, or to train a machine learning model on its output.

Credits, plans and payment

The service runs on credits. Credits are consumed when you use paid features, at the rates shown in the app at the time you use them.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card details.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money.

Credits do not expire while your account is open.

Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, write to support@applyops.in and we will look into it.

Prices may change. A change never affects credits you have already purchased.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we depend on third parties — job boards, email providers, payment and AI providers — whose outages become ours.

We may suspend an account that is breaching these terms, putting the service at risk, or generating complaints.

No guarantee of outcome

Apply Ops helps you apply. It does not promise interviews, replies or a job, and nothing in the product should be read as a prediction that you will get one.

Match scores and drafted emails are generated automatically and can be wrong. Read them before you send them.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. You can disconnect your mailbox at any time from within the app, or revoke our access from your Google account's security settings — either immediately stops us sending on your behalf.

We may end this agreement on notice, or immediately if you materially breach it.

On termination your access ends and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country.
